Although you can find all sorts of fun things to do outside of the Burgundy McKinley Place, the condominium also provides top-of-the-line amenities for the residents so they will not get bored even when they do decide to stay at home.

First, of course, is the swimming pool area. The swimming pool is actually quite big for one that is in a condominium. Half of it is covered for when it is too hot outside, and the other is open and provides a great view of Manila Bay. There is also a small kiddie pool where your little tykes can splash around and play.

There is also a complete and staffed gym and fitness center. If you want to build a bit of muscle, you can head over to the weight room where you will find a complete set of weights, bars, and machines that will help improve your physique in no time. There are also dance/yoga studios for when you want to work on your cardiovascular fitness while at the same time getting in touch with your inner self. After an exhausting day at the gym, you can then head over to the sauna so you can sweat off some more while relaxing your muscles simultaneously. You no longer have to spend more money on an expensive gym membership because there is already a perfectly fine one inside your condo building.

There is also a convenience store in the ground floor of the building. If you just need to buy a couple of basic necessities, not that much to require going to the supermarket, you can just go to the convenience store and purchase whatever you need at any time of day or night.

If you just want to relax, there are a couple of dining establishments at the ground floor of the building. Because the area is not that busy yet, you can enjoy your meal outside on the veranda. There are also some cafes and bars nearby. If you just want to enjoy the view, you just need to ride the elevator and hit the button that will take you to the roof deck. On the roof deck/viewing gallery, you can gaze upon the beautiful Manila Bay, and the majestic skylines of Manila and Makati. Also, during the weekends, around evening time, you can watch the fireworks show that the Mall of Asia holds regularly.

Although the recreational facilities of the Burgundy McKinley Place are already quite impressive, the condominium building also provides top-notch services for the residents. First of all, there is a professional security team that keeps watch over the residents 24/7. There will always be at least one or two security personnel posted in the main entrance and lobby of the condominium, and there are others who will be patrolling the hallways and corridors at regular intervals. There are also fire alarms installed in every residential unit and sprinklers are installed in the hallways and public areas so fires can be extinguished before they get too big. There is also a concierge service at the front desk that will be more than willing to help you out with any of your requests.
